Unlike the previous buyer, my frame came with the glass as promised. The box was also packaged in an armour of foam, plastic and tape. No scratches...all good. I also received it before the estimated delivery date. If I ever need a weird-sized frame, I'll definitely purchase it from this company.

Just received this frame for a poster that was exactly 24x36, and it looks great in this frame. I have spent hundreds of dollars framing art, and its amazing how good this looks, considering it is not glass, but styrene. I actually think that might be a plus, as it is very lightweight and will be easier to hang than if it had glass. I'll keep this vendor bookmarked.

All Craig Frames products are produced, new, in our facility in Ithaca, Michigan. The frame listed above is produced from high quality materials, checked for defects, and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Styrene (1mm thick) is used in our larger frames to avoid breakage during transit. Gallery acrylic (2.3mm UV protective) is available upon request (additional cost apply). Easel Backing can be added to any frame that is 8x10 or smaller (add $.50 per frame). Custom Matting can also be added upon request; we have more than 150 colors available.
